Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

When an order is received, we shall quote our customer with the best available rate. It is never our intention to make profit on delivery charges. We use standard ground delivery (FedEx). However, expedited shipping (3-Days Express, 2nd Day Air, etc.) are also available at additional cost. All delivery fees are based on each case’s dimension, weight and destination.   

We do not ship to P.O. Box or APO addresses.

We understand our customers have their own deadline to meet and we shall try our best to send orders out ASAP. However, due to high turnover rate of the products, some items may not be available at the time of ordering. We recommend our customers to place their orders well in advance in order to reduce the chances of missing the deadline.
